Our client is a leading and innovative Healthcare Technology company that uses a combination of research, technology, and consulting to improve the performance of health care organisations around the world. They are rapidly expanding and looking for new business development executives to cover the London territory.
Job Title: Business Development Executive

The Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be assigned to a small team and manage all new business pursuits within their suite of products and territory. You are responsible for executing on strategy to source pursuits with leading health systems, connecting with senior executives at member-organizations to schedule sales meetings, and optimizing team interactions to impact new business generation. As a Business Development Executive for this Healthcare Technology Company you will expected to develop deep technical expertise in healthcare industry and commercial practices. You will be responsible for executing on an outreach strategy and scheduling in person and phone interactions with client executives to generate new business. You will communicate with prospective clients using creative outreach methods via email and phone and schedule sales meetings for senior leaders on your team with current or prospective clients to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Executive will have previous experience selling healthcare technology to healthcare markets such as the NHS and care homes. You will have a proven track record selling SAAS or software into the above markets. You will be able to communicate in a confident and clear manner to decision makers in order to generate new business for this Healthcare Technology company.
The Package:
For the Business Development Executive, you will receive a basic salary of £40,000 with on target earnings of £60,000. Overachievers will be able to earn even more than this due to a lucrative uncapped commission structure. You will receive benefits such as pension and private healthcare. You will also be provided with a phone and laptop and either a company car or car allowance based on preference.
