PRINCE2 Practitioner

The PRINCE2 practitioner level is an internationally recognised qualification. It signifies the holder’s ability to run and manage a project within a PRINCE2 environment.

About the PRINCE2 Practitioner training course

Taking what you will have already learnt with the PRINCE2 foundation qualification, this two-day course shows you how to apply and tune PRINCE2 to address the needs and problems of a specific scenario. You will be presented with a wide range of project scenarios to help prepare you for the final examination with confidence. Delegates must have completed the foundation qualification before they can progress to the practitioner qualification.

The two and a half hour exam has 108 objective testing multiple choice questions. The pass mark is 55%. The APMG requires all registered PRINCE2 practitioners to keep their skills up-to-date and to demonstrate their knowledge by taking and passing a re-registration exam every five years.

To ensure you are prepared fully and get the most out of the course, you will receive a comprehensive pre-course reading pack. You should aim to do a minimum of six-eight hours pre-course preparation. Delegates should expect to undertake about two hours of revision work and exercises in the evenings.

Note: please use the course booking form to book multiple delegates or if paying by bank transfer or cheque.

Delegates attending this course require a copy of the 2009 PRINCE2 manual and pocket book. If you already have copies of these because you recently completed the PRINCE2 foundation course you will need to use them again during the PRINCE2 practitioner course.
